*IN SALON SERVICE ONLY. Any cancellations will be charged for full service during Mardi Gras season.
NEW GUESTS RESERVATIONS POLICY
All New reservation same day cancellations result in a fee of non-refundable $50 to prevent fraudulent bookings. If you have to cancel due to emergency, you can use your paid fee of $50 as a credit toward a future service for you or someone else.
Due To Covid 19 changes are made in effect June 2020 until further notice on the cancellation policy. I am now limiting guests to no more than 2 Hair Sessions per day in order to keep up sanitizing and limit contact on a daily basis. You will be the only client in salon during service just like pre Covid19. The new cancellation policy includes all sessions made in salon or on location. Full price of service will be charged for same day cancellation and for no show depending on individual situations. Each service has a non-refundable deposit to hold your session, any cancellation has a fee EVEN if the session is cancelled 24 hrs before session.
All new online sessions cancellation fee for new referral clients is 50% deposit.
Your sessions are very important to the Biba Isla Salon, it is reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary; therefore we respectfully request 48 hours notice for cancellations which will still be charged $50 for holding the spot to prevent fraudulent reservations being made. This cancellation fee applies to new client appointments only.
STRICT AND ENFORCED 48 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation fee will apply.
**Only valid cancellations are made by your confirmation email, a voicemail message 48 hrs prior to session or via email.
* Less than 48 hour notice and same day cancellations will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. (Updated above)
* “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
* Appointments made within the 48 hour period and need to cancel will result in a charge of 50% deposit from the reserved service amount including same day cancellations. You can reschedule and use deposit on next visit.
* Any multiple services or combos must be held with a credit card. Multiple services or combos not cancelled 48 hours in advance will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. A credit card "HOLD" transaction may be made on your credit card to reserve the appointment time.
*Non-refundable deposits upon cancellation and no-shows.
The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our team members schedules filled, thus better serving everyone.
